TTI Invested in the Hyatt Centric in Southpark
One of multiple hotel investments the Ticker Tape Partners have made, the Hyatt Centric is our most recent, and our only “build from scratch” investment. Check out that staircase in the lobby — Charlotte Hotel. TTI was a founding investor in the hotel and later created a separate vehicle to invest in the rooftop restaurant, Mizu. It has become one of the Top Charlotte Restaurants. This investment is paying quarterly dividends on a regular basis.

The Hotel is super modern and has a super-efficient event space on the second floor. This creates revenues from corporate events as well as weddings and similar events.
